MAKING ETHICAL CHOICES, RESOLVING ETHICAL DILEMMAS |
This program focuses on how you
and others make ethical choices, and how to resolve the ethical dilemmas in your life or
organization based on your own and others' ethical approaches. The program can include
experiential exercises, role playing, simulation games, small group discussion, problem
solving, and more. It includes using the Ethical Choices Mapping Instrument, so
participants can discover how they rate in their own ethical choice compared to others.
Each program is customized for your group with special handouts and other materials.
Possible topics include:
-
What's your ethical approach?
-
How does your approach change in different
situations?
-
How well does your current
approach work?
-
Is there anything you want to change?
-
What's the ethical approach of others?
-
How can understanding their approach improve
your relationship?
-
Is there anything you want to change about this
relationship?
-
What kind of ethical dilemmas do you want to
resolve?
-
Is there a problem with your ethical approach
or that of others?
-
Will developing ethical guidelines for the
future help?
The material in this program is based on the
book: MAKING ETHICAL CHOICES, RESOLVING ETHICAL DILEMMAS
by Gini Graham Scott.
