 CRIMINAL JUSTICE PROJECTS  

Gini Graham Scott is involved in a variety of criminal justice projects. These include doing research, participating in community policing and crime prevention projects, writing books, speaking, and developing presentation materials on a number of topics in the field. Current topics for speaking and presentations are based on her recent books, which include HOMICIDE BY THE RICH AND FAMOUS from Berkley Books and Greenwood, and HOMICIDE: 100 YEARS OF MURDER IN AMERICA from Contemporary Books.  

She also writes film and video scripts on crime and justice topics. She has assisted several private investigators with investigations, and has developed several book projects with investigators.

She has a J.D. from the University of San Francisco Law School (1990); a Ph.D. from the University of California at Berkeley, Sociology (1976); AA in Police Sciences, Social Sciences from Merritt College, Oakland, CA (2001), and M.A.s in Anthropology and Mass Communications and Organizational, Consumer and Audience Behavior from Cal State, East Bay (2004 and 2005). She is working on a third M.A. in popular culture and lifestyles.
